Under the general supervision of the Sergeant, responsible for law enforcement work in the protection of life and property, prevention of crime, apprehension of criminals, and the enforcement of laws and civil statutes in the State of New Hampshire, County of Cheshire. Deputy will work at an assigned school during the school year as a truancy officer/school resource officer; during non-school days the deputy will be assigned as needed to normal Sheriff's Office operations (transports, patrols, etc.) Must be NH certified.
