Warehouse Associate / $19 - 25 DOE

Location: Vancouver, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience

About the Position: We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a growing operation in Vancouver. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on additional responsibilities over time. The team is expanding a new product line, creating an ongoing need for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities: Build and prepare boxes for shipping Pick and organize products and materials Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Manage and maintain inventory Prepare and process shipments Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with various warehouse duties based on daily business needs Work independently while also collaborating with the team Take initiative and help identify ways to improve daily operations Learn and operate a stand-up forklift after training
