MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MUST complete all 3 Required Sub Leader Selection Process pre-qualification requirements prior to posting: Must be an Associate III or above Submit two (2) recommendation forms from Team Leader and above (See HRBP/Recruiting for form) Complete Sub Leader Learning Path Training in Oracle High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Must be able to work overtime, as necessary. Bi-lingual competency highly preferred in languages that reflect the Battle Creek community.
