Senior Litigation Counsel — Global Disputes

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Counsel — Litigation & Disputes to lead and manage complex litigation and disputes across its global operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of legal experience with commercial and/or construction disputes and will advise on major arbitration forums. The role requires coordinating with project management, commercial, and risk teams to mitigate legal risks and supervise outside counsel for cost efficiency.
