This role will work closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a high-performing supplier network.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field5–8 years of supplier quality experience within aerospace or defense
- Experience supporting machining, PCB, PCBA, and assembly suppliers
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
