Senior MEP Superintendent - Onsite Construction Leader

Gilbane Development is hiring a Lead MEP Superintendent to independently manage field operations on a $5–$50M project and serve as a key project team member. The role requires leading electrical and mechanical coordination, enforcing safety, and maintaining schedules on a daily basis. You will coordinate with subcontractors, drive plan development, and mentor MEP field engineers while ensuring quality and adherence to contract documents. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
