BCBA Training Director - Lead Multi-Clinic Onboarding

Frontera Care seeks a Training Manager to own BT/RBT training across all regions, developing onboarding, curriculum, and training delivery. The role requires BCBA certification with 5+ years as a BCBA, strong instructional design and presentation skills, and the ability to work across remote/hybrid, multi-location teams.
