Job Summary: Support exceptional culinary experiences through hands‑on leadership. The Sous Chef supervises kitchen operations during assigned shifts while ensuring food quality, food safety, employee training, and efficient production.

Qualifications: Culinary degree preferred 2–4 years supervisory culinary experience High-volume production experience Serv Safe® Certification preferred Knowledge of food safety practices
