Senior Patents Counsel—Strategic IP & Litigation

Reynolds American in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Senior Counsel, Patents to manage the patent portfolio and oversee litigation and enforcement across the Reynolds American Group. This role partners with R&D, Marketing and Regulatory teams to protect innovations and drive business strategy. The successful candidate will have a JD, at least five years in U.S. patent prosecution or litigation, and an understanding of global IP practice, including USPTO and ITC proceedings.
