Prepare, review, and maintain commercial contracts, amendments, and transaction confirmations. Coordinate routing, approvals, and execution, monitoring status and resolving outstanding items. Compliance and Systems: Validate transaction confirmations for accuracy and compliance with policies. Maintain contract data in Salesforce and ETRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
