Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role focused on customer support and administrative coordination for aap Implants Inc. The role involves responding to internal customer (distributors) inquiries, resolving issues related to products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience for healthcare professionals and distributors. Daily tasks include managing email and phone communications, documenting support cases, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal databases and CRM systems. The individual will assist with order processing, scheduling trainings or meetings, preparing basic reports, and coordinating information between internal teams and external partners. The position requires consistent follow-up, clear communication, and adherence to internal processes and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication with clients.
Strong Interpersonal Skills to build effective relationships with surgeons, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Technical Support capabilities to understand product information, troubleshoot basic issues, and communicate technical details clearly and accurately.
Analytical Skills to review data, track common issues, identify trends, and support process improvements in customer service and administration.
Proficiency with office software (excel); strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare/medical devices is beneficial.
