Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: Supply Chain IBP Sr ManagerLocation: North America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location: HybridThe Demand Planning Business Lead, is responsible for overseeing the supervision of finished goods inventory, creating accurate demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel. You will prioritize workloads, adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to ensure schedules are met:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.Develop and implement demand planning strategies for products in alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts.Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth and product and maintain demand planning metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on demand planning activities and results.Develop and implement demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet sales and distribution demandCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand and ensure timely delivery of productsLead the sales and operation planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory managementManage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management to ensure efficient operationsProvide leadership and guidance to multiple teams of professionalsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field6-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain managementProven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning strategiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business dataAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects/initiatives in a matrix environmentExperience with syndicated data and MS Office Suite applicationsDesired QualificationsAdvanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExperience or exposure to project management or large-scale project workAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$110,500.00 - $156,000.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
