Job Description: Senior Process Engineer

Whatyou'lldo Develop, implement, scale, andmaintainmicroelectronicpackagingandassemblyprocesses. Establishprocesscontrolsandevaluatenewmaterialsandautomatedequipment. Supportmaterialreviewboardactivitiesandresolvenonconformingproductissues. Partnerwithsuppliersandcustomerstoaddressmaterialandproductionconcerns. Contributetodesignreviews, programreadiness, designformanufacturability, andnewproductdevelopment. Designanddocumentprecisiontooling, fixtures, billsofmaterials, andassemblydrawings.
