Lead Restoration Project Director

First Onsite is seeking a Project Director in Tempe, AZ. You will guide restoration projects from scope to completion, using Xactimate to build accurate scopes of work, detailed estimates, and preliminary budgets that set project foundations. Collaborate with Operations, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget, review safety and documentation, and respond to project needs 24/7 with a proactive, service-first mindset.
