Key responsibilities:
Lead interconnection projects across various ISOs and utility systems, guiding clients through the study process
Oversee the technical and delivery performance of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Prepare and approve technical reports and documentation for ISO and utility submissions, maintaining quality assurance
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in electrical engineering with a focus on power systems
8+ years of experience in power system studies, specifically in generator and large load interconnection
Hands-on experience with PSS E, PSLF, PSCAD, and other relevant software
Strong knowledge of interconnection processes across multiple ISOs and utilities
Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage client relationships across concurrent projects
