Must‑Haves 5+ years of experience in event production, preferably in a creative or event décor industry Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not strictly required) Strongғыҙ project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent customer service skills, including tact, diplomacy, електник professionalism Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and upcoming trends Proven ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute event concepts
