Key responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of Arizona defense matters, overseeing cases from intake to resolution
Represent insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and private businesses at hearings, depositions, and mediations
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, while advising clients on coverage and claims handling
Required qualifications:
AZ Bar Admission
Recent experience in defense litigation
Background in district court work is also considered
Knowledge of insurance defense and liability matters
Experience with various legal areas, including complex commercial litigation and labor & employment law
