Senior Appraisal Consultant

Key responsibilities: Provide consultation on appraisal and valuation matters to internal business partners and respond to inquiries Assist in the development of appraisal standards and conduct compliance and quality reviews Maintain relationships with lenders and appraisers while supporting vendor management and oversight activities

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; graduate degree preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate appraisal, specifically with multifamily properties Certified general real estate appraiser in at least one state; MAI designation preferred Experience reviewing third-party narrative appraisal reports and familiarity with property condition reports Specialized knowledge of multifamily sub-property types or specific geographic markets is a plus
