Days: Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays
Hours: 7am - 5:30pm + depending on project need

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for hazard identification, and are passionate about protecting workers on large-scale job sites, this is the opportunity for you! What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • Must have OSHA 30 + CPR/First AidIdeally OSHA 510 (construction)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
What You’ll Do: Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture. Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices. Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments. Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans. Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations. Collaborate – Work closely with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site.
