Global Corporate Counsel | M&A & Subsidiary Governance

Intapp is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to oversee US and international subsidiary governance, assist with M&A activities from diligence through integration, and support securities work for a NASDAQ-listed company. You will work across the business, partner with leadership, and manage outside counsel as needed. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in corporate/transactional practice, bar admission, and strong organizational and communication skills.
