Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operation of manual machines, Bullard VTL, Horizontal Lathe, Bridgeport Mill, Radial Arm Drill; machining a variety of carbon stainless material/ products
- Consistently ensure safe work practices
- Effectively communicates with department supervisors.
- Interprets engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and other specifications.
- Inspects parts, visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements
- Troubleshoots and corrects problems in a timely manner
- Ensure WO's are charged with time to complete task for production
- Ensure production targets are met hourly, daily, monthly, and annually
- Crane and Forklift Operation
- Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work with management to implement on an ongoing basis
- Interact and maintain a positive working relationship with the TeamComply with all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO / API requirements
- Complete any and all task assigned by Management to achieve the company goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
