Experienced CDL-A Truck Driver Wanted – Solo & Team Positions | Kottke Trucking, Inc. Kottke Trucking, Inc. is now hiring experienced Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) Solo and Team Truck Drivers to run freight across the Midwest and Southeast. This position requires a minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience and offers consistent home time.
Position Overview:
  • Solo and Team driving opportunities available
  • Consistent, regular home time 98% no-touch freight$2,500 referral bonus plus one week of paid vacation per referral
  • CompensationSolo Company Drivers: $1,200–$1,700 weekly
  • Average annual earnings: $75,000–$85,000 Team Company Drivers: $3,000–$5,000 weekly, split
  • Monthly bonus program
  • Clean Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection bonus
  • Detention, layover, and stop pay

  • Team Drivers: Routes cover the Midwest to the Southeast, with frequent runs between Minnesota and Georgia
  • Freight types: 53-foot refrigerated trailers, dry van freight, and produce
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDLMinimum 12 months of driving experience
  • Must pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
  • Approved driving record
  • Reefer (refrigerated trailer) experience preferred
