Key responsibilities: Drive the hiring strategy and manage the recruitment process for senior-level positions, ensuring effective sourcing and selection Collaborate with hiring managers and educate them on the recruiting process, enhancing their interview capabilities Ensure data compliance and provide timely hiring status reporting to stakeholders, while maintaining adherence to relevant labor laws and HR policiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in agency, RPO, consulting, or in-house recruitment Experience in full life cycle recruitment, particularly for senior-level roles (Director and above) Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates through niche websites and social media, as well as familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to effectively manage local and global stakeholders in a remote working environment
