Analog Design Lead (US Citizen) - McLeansville, NC - Jobs

Responsibilities include: Lead a design team through product ownership from concept definition through release to manufacturing Direct and participate in design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components and integrated circuits for subsea applications Mentor junior engineers on design, testing, and problem-solving best practices Collaborate with system teams to define specifications and translate them into actionable designs Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and provide design guidance Conduct simulations and analyses (SPICE, Cadence) to validate designs Support production and test engineering during product transfer to manufacturing Interface with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support Prepare product briefs, datasheets, and application notes Contribute to technology roadmaps and new product concepts What Sets You Apart Deep knowledge of analog design topologies Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Strong collaboration and communication skills with customer-facing experience Demonstrated innovation in design architectures, component selection, and electronics design Workplace & Benefits Hybrid/On-site options at the McLeansville Design Center Flexible schedule with 9/80 option Comprehensive benefits including 401k matching, flex time off, paid parental leave, health & wellness programs, and more
