Reconstruction Project Manager

Reconstruction Project Manager Rainbow Restoration is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects following fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. Responsibilities include managing reconstruction projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and equipment, supervising subcontractors and project team members, inspecting job sites for quality, scope, safety, and timeline compliance, resolving project issues and providing daily status updates, communicating professionally with customers throughout the restoration process, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and Rainbow Restoration standards. Qualifications include extensive reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling experience, proven leadership and project-management skills, strong organization, planning, communication, and negotiation abilities, experience managing budgets, schedules, and conflicts, Xactimate/Xact Analysis knowledge is a plus, valid driver's license, clean background check, and good driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces.
