Quality Technician - Labeling

Key Responsibilities: Work under direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Perform analysis using various computer programs including QADEE, Microsoft Office Applications, and Laserfiche to evaluate the quality and accuracy of labeling on finished, recertified and re-labeled goods. Ensure compliance with established worldwide shipping standards and requested and validate quality audits. Compile, interpret, and process documents using data from Test Reports, Sales Order Acknowledgements, and Packing Work Orders to either confirm accuracy and compliance with established quality standards or identify with multiple departments to complete daily work and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with Microsoft with Laserfiche Program preferred. Experience using QADEE or similar ERP system preferred. Willingness to work overtime and some weekends required. Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 2.5% of base salary.
