AVP Underwriter, E&S Small Commercial Growth

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Underwriting Manager to lead the Excess & Surplus Lines Small Commercial unit in Boston or Atlanta. The role focuses on underwriting General Liability and Property accounts and helping shape the product strategy for growth. Based in Boston or Atlanta, you will work four days per week in the office, mentor teams, and drive profitable growth while maintaining high underwriting standards and integrity.
