Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in quant research, engineering, data, or markets-adjacent roles Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics Proficiency in Python (pandas, notebooks) or adjacent tools like R, MATLAB, SQL, or Excel Demonstrated interest in crypto and DeFi Sound judgment under pressure and ability to stay composed Precise communicator Self-directed and adaptable in a remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications: Personal trading, market-making, or on-chain activity (e.g., a portfolio, bot, or Dune dashboard) Familiarity with Solana tooling (Jupiter, Orca, Drift) or EVM DeFi (Uniswap, Aave, Curve) Exposure to algorithmic or systematic trading Machine learning or large-scale data analysis experience Internships or prior work at a trading firm, market maker, or exchange Benefits Direct mentorship from senior traders Rapidly earned responsibility and clear feedback Exposure to the full stack of a trading operation A front-row seat to the convergence of equities, commodities, and crypto on-chain
