Break/Fix Technician - Salt Lake City

Key Responsibilities: Provide IT service delivery, including IMAC, break-fix, and deskside support. Coordinate with end-users on expectations and availability to conduct services. Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments. Identify potential issues that could adversely impact the end-user experience. Strive to meet all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals. Escalate issues to the Desktop Support Site Lead when necessary. Follow predefined procedures and tasks in daily activities. Lift and move technology hardware up to 35 pounds and be on your feet for most of the day.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in servicing or deploying computer equipment in a corporate environment. A proven customer service background is required.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows operating system environments. CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge is required. Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions. Other: Must be a U.S. Person.
