Conducting remote premium audits, the full-time Premium Auditor I will analyze payroll and financial records through virtual interactions with policyholders to ensure accurate premium calculations and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities: Reviews and requests additional information from insureds to complete audits Schedules and conducts audits via telephone and online conference Inputs audit information into the Premium Audit Tracking System for premium adjustments
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of premium audit experience Prior knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and insurance operations Experience with test audits and knowledge of manual rules for various insurance types Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to effectively conduct virtual meetings and communicate with insureds
