Development Director

Advance Native Political Leadership Action Fund seeks a Development Director to lead and advance our fundraising program. The role reports to the Executive Director and guides the organization's 501c3 and 501c4 fundraising and donor cultivation efforts. The successful candidate will develop fundraising strategy, oversee donor management and communications, and lead a fundraising team committed to advancing Indigenous sovereignty and self-determination through strategic giving.
