Director, Youth Development & Programs Leadership

Piedmont Family YMCA in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Director of Youth Development to lead our youth programs, including Summer Camp, After School, and related OST activities. You will manage a team of five full‑time directors and part-time staff, ensuring safe, high‑quality programs and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3–5 years in licensed child care or camp programming, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and experience recruiting and developing volunteers and staff.
