Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment SpecialistNCMMIS is in search of 1FTE Enrollment Specialist, 6 months. Selection based upon candidate's ability to meet Basic Qualifications at the best value. Rate will need to be established on the agreement prior to starting of approved candidate. If rate if not already established please reach out to SCA to receive the NTE rate in order to submit a proposal. Validates the qualifications of applicant, assessing background information to determine if applicant is qualified to be enrolled. Experience with Medicaid/Healthcare Ability to work independently Ability to follow oral and written directions Customer service experience Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology Experience working with help desk software Office environment Place of performance: 2610 Wycliff Road, Raleigh NCPeriod of performance: Temporary Position (6 months)
