Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manageconstruction and reconstruction projectsfrom pre-construction through final closeout Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability Ensure compliance withOSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience inconstruction management, reconstruction, or project supervision Experience ininsurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential constructionpreferred Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications Working knowledge ofOSHA regulations and safety best practices Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus Why Join Service Master Restore?
