Door Attendant C

Responsibilities: Screen individuals entering the building and announce visitors in accordance with building procedures. Help ensure the safety and security of the building by monitoring access and visitor activity. Maintain the lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly condition at all times. Handle all incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous and effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff. Exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions when circumstances require.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication skills, including an excellent command of the English language. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong character references and the ability to exercise good judgment and make intelligent decisions when situations arise.
