The ideal candidate will have: 2-6 years (2020-2024 JDs preferably) of experience advising private companies at all stages of growth, with experience in the technology sector preferred Other experience including general corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, private mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border expansion Excellent academic credentials and interest in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment This firm is always ranked as "one of the best places to work" and is known for its strong culture for associates.
