Marvin is seeking a Director of Compensation to drive enterprise-wide strategy across base pay, incentives, and market competitiveness. Based in Warroad, MN, the role partners with senior leadership to design programs that boost equity, performance, and retention across the business. You will lead compensation cycles, governance, and pay equity initiatives while guiding a high-performing team and collaborating with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and executives to shape offers and decisions.
