Principal Medical Copywriter

We’re looking for a Principal Medical Copywriter to join our growing team. In this role, you will: Develop content for a full range of promotional deliverables, including HCP, DTC and patient materials, with minimal supervision Build deep scientific knowledge and use it to shape brand messaging and content Lead scientific discussions with the client and external experts Collaborate with internal teams—including account managers, creatives, editors, and medical strategists—to ensure seamless project delivery Share knowledge and provide expert guidance on brands and therapeutic areas to internal stakeholders Support business development by identifying opportunities, supporting on pitches, and contributing to written proposals We believe a strong interest in science and a passion for medical communications would make you a great fit for this position, along with the following: An undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field is preferred but not essential if the required level of scientific understanding is demonstrated Proven experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency or similar environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Cognite’s agency values—Everyone matters; Science at the heart; Entrepreneurial Mindset; True partners; and Doing the right thing—shape how we work every day.
