We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team during an important period of transformation. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, offering the opportunity to help evolve the organization’s talent acquisition function from a transactional recruiting model toward a more strategic talent advisor approach. You’ll partner closely with leaders, provide guidance around hiring and workforce needs, and help implement new processes and practices as the organization continues to strengthen its recruiting strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter who enjoys a high-touch candidate experience, working directly with business leaders, and contributing to meaningful change. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing and posting job opportunities through sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner directly with hiring leaders to understand business needs, advise on recruiting strategies, and help drive alignment throughout the hiring process. Source and engage qualified professional and technical candidates through online databases, professional networks, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels. Support an evolving talent acquisition strategy by helping leaders adopt new recruiting processes, strengthening workforce planning practices, and using data to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. Here’s what our ideal candidate has:5+ years of in-house talent acquisition or corporate recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting for engineering, technology, or other technical/professional positions. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and offer negotiation. A consultative approach to recruiting with the ability to advise business leaders, manage competing priorities, and adapt to a variety of hiring needs. A strong commitment to candidate experience, with the ability to build relationships and provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruitment process. Bachelor’s degree and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365; experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar recruiting technologies is highly desirable.
