Aspiring Orchestra Director (Middle School)

Harlingen CISD is seeking a Middle School Assistant Orchestra Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This role includes assisting the head director with the orchestra program and teaching non-varsity orchestral ensembles. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in music or related fields and have a valid Texas music teaching certificate. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in one string instrument, conducting skills, and a thorough knowledge of both orchestral operations and relevant governing policies.
