Picker/Packer

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Possible overtime on Fridays)Pay $19/HrWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Voice Pickers/Packersto join our warehouse team. In this role, you will use avoice-pick headsetandRF scannerto accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift, maintain productivity standards, and ensure high levels of quality and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize avoice-picking headset systemto receive and complete order assignments. UseRF scannersto locate, verify, and track inventory. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform quality control checks to ensure products and quantities are correct. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues. Safely handle materials while adhering to all company safety policies. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners and/or voice-picking technology is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the full shift. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements: Must be able to successfully pass apre-employment drug screen. Must be able to successfully pass abackground check. Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with potential overtime on Fridays.
