NMLS Licensed Loan Partner

Key responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between clients, Loan Originators, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate file tracking and communication Submit complete loan applications and review documentation for discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date status information for all files Coordinate with Title companies and other parties to schedule and confirm closing details while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending laws

Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; five years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including knowledge of VA and FHA products Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage processing software Federal registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required Strong understanding of conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loans Ability to manage multiple files and maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
