Executive Project Director Lead High-Impact Capital Projects

Jobot is seeking a Project Director in Needham, MA to provide executive‐level leadership for multiple concurrent projects and client relationships. This role oversees project teams, manages risk, and ensures successful delivery of capital improvement and construction programs from inception through completion. You will partner with owners, boards, engineers, and contractors, lead owner meetings and executive presentations, and mentor project teams.
