Our vision is that every child will know their full potential. This position will work with our Dual-Language Individualized Literacy Plan program: Designed to help 4-7-year-old children who need further instruction and practice in reading. Children undergo a reading assessment, and results are used to craft a custom 9-week reading plan. Parents implement the plan with their children while a reading coach guides them throughout their journey. At the end of the program, children exhibit growth in early literacy skills and confidence, while parents express feeling further agency in supporting their child’s reading.
