Litigation Paralegal

What You'll Be Doing: Support attorneys across complex Florida construction litigation matters from case inception through trial Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, affidavits, discovery materials, exhibit lists, privilege logs, and other litigation documents Manage large and complex document productions, including document retrieval, review, organization, and database uploads Coordinate discovery and work closely with attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, experts, and other litigation professionals Conduct legal and factual research and prepare written summaries for attorneys Assist extensively with trial preparation and attend trials when needed Manage electronic and physical case files, transcripts, exhibits, and attorney work product Coordinate court filings and communicate with court administrators and regulatory bodies Cite-check and proofread pleadings and other legal documents Track and record billable time accurately Help attorneys stay ahead of critical deadlines, case priorities, and upcoming deliverables
