Floating Member Service Specialist (MSS)MyPoint Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Floating Member Service Specialist (MSS) to provide exceptional service and operational support across all branch locations. This position serves as a versatile team member capable of performing teller transactions, opening new accounts, assisting with lending activities, and delivering outstanding member service to both consumer and business members. The Floating MSS is responsible for traveling between branches to provide coverage for staffing shortages, vacations, training, employee absences, special projects, and fluctuating business demands. This role requires strong product knowledge, operational flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to different branch environments while maintaining a consistent, high-quality member experience. Branch Support & Member Service Provide operational and member service coverage at all branch locations as assigned. Travel between branches to support staffing needs, employee absences, vacations, training initiatives, and special projects. Adapt quickly to varying branch environments, staffing levels, and member service needs. Deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with members and colleagues. Account & Financial Services Assist members with establishing memberships and opening new accounts. Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Cross-sell credit union products and services that support members' financial goals. Process account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently. Refer members to appropriate specialists for complex financial needs. Lending Services Provide information regarding consumer and real estate loan products. Interview, process, load, and fund loans in accordance with established lending policies and procedures. Assist members throughout the loan application process while ensuring compliance with applicable knowledge of current lending products, programs, and requirements. Teller Operations Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions for personal and business members. Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy. Assist with branch traffic flow during peak service periods. Ensure proper handling of negotiable instruments and cash items. Problem Resolution Research and resolve member concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Follow up with members to ensure satisfactory resolution. Escalate complex matters when & Security Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Adhere to security procedures and regulatory requirements including: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)USA PATRIOT Act Customer Identification Program (CIP)Regulation CCProtect the confidentiality of member and organizational

Qualifications
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year of teller, cash handling, banking, or credit union experience required. Experience with new accounts, lending, and member service operations preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of credit union deposit and lending products. Working knowledge of retail branch operations and financial services. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong sales and relationship-building abilities. Ability to effectively explain products, services, policies, and procedures to members. Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations, policies, and procedural requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and financial institution software systems. Physical &
Travel Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting members. Ability to travel regularly between branch possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license. Must be available to work at any branch location as business needs require.
