May assist with rapid response or difficult intubations if the ER is overwhelmed, though this is rare.-CRNA 2 (Second Call): Often in-house during weekdays and usually done by 3:00 PM. May not be needed on lighter days but can assist with ortho turnover efficiency. -Rarely called in after-hours but remains backup support for CRNA 1.-CRNA 3: Off duty.
