OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers provide a non-invasive, drug-free approach to managing musculoskeletal pain & inflammation. The Center Director is responsible for leading the center, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and driving strong clinical, operational, and business results. We are seeking leaders—particularly licensed Chiropractor—who are ready to expand their impact beyond traditional clinical practice while continuing to maintain a meaningful connection to patient care. Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Patient Experience & Clinical Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the center. Educate patients about laser therapy & treatment expectations. Ensure every patient receives a personalized experience. Provide laser therapy treatments to patients. Operations & Business Performance Oversee daily center operations including staffing, inventory, financial reporting. Monitor key performance metrics, drive revenue & patient growth. Provider Relationships Build & maintain strong referral relationships with physicians. Represent OrthoLazer with professionalism, clinical credibility, and service excellence.
