The company operates a large, diverse real estate platform and offers the opportunity to work alongside accomplished professionals across Property Management, Asset Management, Investments, Development and Finance. This team is being built under a highly regarded Director of Property Accounting who is focused on developing people, improving processes and creating a best-in-class accounting function. This isn't an environment where you'll disappear into a large accounting department. You'll have visibility, ownership and the opportunity to become an important part of a growing team. Work directly with the business. You'll partner with Property Managers, Asset Managers and other stakeholders, giving you exposure well beyond traditional accounting. Real ownership. You'll independently manage the accounting and financial reporting for an assigned portfolio and become a go-to accounting resource for the properties you support. Exposure to transactions.
