As Area Manager, you'll have full operational autonomy over the projects you oversee, not just oversight from the side-lines. This opportunity is for someone ready to imprint their values and skills and take control of one of the company’s respective states.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will strategically design and execute their regional budgets and handle cost-control measures that directly impact company profitability.
- You will mentor leaders and coach on-site managers and projects managers therefore dictating how the company’s projects are managed.
- You will focus on serving as a trusted executive point of contact for key clients, developers, and local authorities and spear head the development of key relationships.
- You will instil and establish uncompromising safety cultures that ensure every worker goes home safely at night
- Negotiate deals with suppliers and subcontractors
- Identify market trends and subcontracting networks to position the region for future business growth
- What they need from you:
- Manage, execute and grow a portfolio of projects ranging from $30M-$200M+.Lead, mentor and train a team of 5+ Site Managers and Project Mangers across the region
- Achieved zero reportable safety incidents across all managed sites over a 24-month period
- Acted as the main point of contact for local councils, planning authorities and community boards.
